great for toddlers - My daughter is almost 3 and if I can remember correctly this book is geared for the 4 and older crowd. I still think it's very appropriate for her age in its vocabulary and the simple questions that follow each story. Good illustrations too. We are reading two stories a day before bed and it takes about 5 minutes.

A Great Way to share the Bible With Little Eyes!!! - The New Bible In Pictures For Little Eyes

This is a new version of just simply"The Bible In Pictures For Little Eyes". Our three sons who are now 50, 48 & 46 grew up with this Bible Story Book! It got so that when you turned the pages they could tell you the story!!! The oldest got so he "read" the stories to his little brothers!! It is great to have the simple questions at the end of each story to reinforce it in their little minds. Our church has showers for first babies in a family. I always give the New Bible In Pictures For Little Eyes as my gift! It is always enthusiasticly received!!!!!

A Great Children's Bible - This is a great book to start your child's spiritual education with. The pictures are beautiful and your little one will love the simplistic telling of each of the bible stories. It reads as a story book, but the true light and spirit of the passages will not be lost on your little one. And at the end of each story, there are questions to help you and your child understand the bible and who God is and how his wonder works. A great way to discuss each story and how they can be incorporated into your daily lives. I think this is a great way to introduce your children to the holy word of God. I recommend this.

Newer version of Bible in Pictures for Little Eyes - I bought these books as baby gifts for others, and for my grandson. My children grew up on the older version with the beautiful paintings and have a fondness for this book. SOmeday I hope the publisher will reprint that version as the book is more memorable than the newer version. Overall, the inside printing is large, and the questions just right for little people.
