sucksssssssss - I bought this book on ebay for 10 backs, 11th edition. This book sucks for good, the author will male it very difficult to read by useing unnecessarily complicated phrase structures like : "highly colored with emotions", or "Cognitive mechanics- are the hardware of the mind and reflect the neurophysiological arhchitecture of the brain developed through evolution". Santrock sucks and his book sucks, it will make you hate the subject.

Very interesting book - I bought this book brand new for school..and well i read parts of it for my class.. and it was a really good book....i recommend...

No Book - I gave one star because I did not receive the product. My needs in school cannot wait until it arrived. I did check with the seller about this as well as the USPS for tracking of the product. But it looks that it got lost in the process. So I cancelled my order and just bought it locally. I requested for a full refund and it's in the process now.
I would suggest to any seller that once the product has been mailed or shipped out, the buyer must be notified with the proper mailing/shipping info so in case the product did not arrive within the standard mailing/shipping days, the buyer can notified the seller.
In my case, I had to check with Amazon.com/seller after almost three weeks when I didn't get the product. That's the only time I learned that I'd supposed to get the product two weeks earlier.
In the future, if no rush, I might still buy from Amazon. com.
