did not recieve it - I never even recieved the book! When I tried contacting the seller, they never contacted me back. Thankfully, Amazons A-Z gaurantee provided me with a refund, but I will most likely only buy from Amazon from now on. No more private sellers for me.

This book has worked well for me. - I have an online class which requires the 12th edition of this book. Although the newer edition has moved things around a bit, the information is the same. There is no good reason to spend four to five times the amount of an older version on recent editions when the content is the same.
