Are you kidding me?!! - This book is ridiculous!! It is insanely expensive and yet it is FULL of grammatical and typographical errors. I cannot believe that professionals who write textbooks would allow so many publication errors. It's unbelievable!!

Almost fully satisfied - I am happy with my purchase. I was a little surprised that it was an instructors edition, which was not wrote in the item description.
