Actually would rate it 1.5 - MISLEADING. the book I got was not in new condition as advertised. Infact the book was worn, the cover had scratches, the corners were slightly ripped. the pages were a mess-Many highligher marks that were all over the place and distracting.
WHEN YOU PUT SOMETHING AS LIKE NEW OR NEW CONDITION it means that its perfect or almost perfect. Not something that looks like its been checked out 1,000 times from a libary.
I was greatly disappointed by the condition of the book and felt jipped. I thought I found a diamond in the rough instead I got something that was roughed up

AMERICA'S COURS AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM - I needed this book for school. Wow! am I learning a lot. I like how it is writen. Easy to understand and comprehend. Will hang on to this one for future references in the Criminal Justice field.
