Customer service sucks - I've been a customer with Amazon for years now. This time they want me to write a review for an item, that was pre paid and that I NEVER RECEIVED!!!! HOW FUNNY!!First I wrote the intermediary company that Amazon uses, they never answered the complaint and then I sent another email to Amazon directly and that got NEVER answered either. And NOW THEY want me to write a review!!! I'd rather go back to my local Barnes and Nobles and walk out the store with a printed receipt and my goodies in my baggie!!!!
