Content of the book - I got this book about a month ago, and love it! I got it because my therapist recommended it to me, and it definitely does work. If you work in this book on a daily basis you will definitely see changes in the way you think, for th better. So if you're really looking to better you're life get this book! The contents in the book are similar to the things you would do in one-on-one therapy and group therapy (trust me i would know), and also the authors of the book are very well known and have alot of experience in this field. If you're the type of person who thinks they can help themselves and don't want to pay to see a therapist, you should get this book!

Amazing, Practical, Illuminating - This book is incredibly helpful and practical for dealing with one's issues. It lays out clearly both the mechanisms by which our problems plague us and methods to successfully deal with and navigate those issues. Anyone who feels they are not living their best life or has any issues with depression, fear, anxiety, sadness, anger, shame, etc, would benefit tremendously by this book.

Our mind and our thoughts - I have not finished reading the book, but what I have read has been very useful. I think all the time, and my thoughts can be quite disturbing. This book allows me to look into my thoughts and analyze them. It is easy to read and understand even if you are not a psychologist. It is very well thought out.
